Nathan Johnson is a lifelong entrepreneur, mentor, and founder of multiple companies including the Brotherhood Beyond Business. He leads the Lake Villa War Room—a private group of local business owners committed to becoming the CEOs of their own lives.
He co-founded the Brotherhood because too many men are winning on paper but losing where it matters most. This isn’t a networking group. This isn’t a social club. This is a War Room for men who want to lead boldly—in business, in their homes, and in life.
WHO I AM

WHAT I DO
Game Changing Performance (est. 2014): Fitness facility focused on transforming people and giving them back confidence and control of their lives.
Brotherhood Beyond Business War Room Lead — Northwest Suburbs Chicago: A private war-room for local men running businesses and leading families—built for those in the trenches of business, leadership, and life. Leading men as they take back control of their lives.

WHAT I BELIEVE
Lifelong student of balance — striving to create harmony between work, family, fitness, and fun while keeping Jesus Christ at the center.
Has lived the reality of being “lonely at the top” as a business owner, and now helps men create true balance.
Believes men thrive in Brotherhood — leading this type of deep male friendship to combat isolation, offer guidance, and foster growth in both personal and professional life.
“Brotherhood creates what therapy often can’t — iron sharpening iron.”
"Men were never meant to carry the weight of business and family alone. Brotherhood is about stepping into the arena together—pushing, challenging, and lifting each other up to become stronger men, husbands, and leaders"
— Nathan Johnson, War Room Leader
