Cory's professional focus sits at the intersection of behavioral psychology, education, and software. Before founding Swoon Learning, he worked in applied behavioral analysis alongside kids on the autism spectrum, and later helped scale a hardware and software company to $65-70 million in annual recurring revenue before it was acquired.

What makes his approach different is that he doesn't separate the human side of learning from the systems side. Swoon Learning's tools are built around the same Kanban-based accountability structure Cory has used to manage his own ADHD, applied now to help students track their work and stay organized.
